All prices are in US dollars. Your written agreement confirms the work included, payment schedule, and collection calculation. Additional services, third-party fees, and any applicable taxes are identified separately in your agreement or approved quote.
Pricing questions
How is the 3% billing fee calculated?
The fee is 3% of your monthly collections covered by the service agreement, rather than the total value of claims submitted. Your agreement defines the covered collections, reporting period, and handling of refunds, reversals, and prior balances.
What counts as one credentialing application?
One application means one provider's application to one payer or network. Additional providers, payers, locations that require separate applications, or recredentialing requests should be confirmed in the scope before work begins.
Is EDI and ERA setup included?
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) supports electronic claim submission. Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) provides electronic payment explanations. We can help with setup and enrollment; confirm whether this work is included or separately quoted for your practice.
Do you guarantee payer approval or payment?
No. Payers control credentialing approval, claim decisions, reimbursement rates, and processing times. Our service covers the agreed administrative work and follow-up.
